The musical "Singin' in the Rain" was a great musical, good acting, singing, etc. It won't make you forget Gene Kelly and Donald O'Conner, but the lead actress channeled Debbie Reynolds perfectly. The theater was just the right size. It seemed like all the seats were very close and had a good view. I didn't feel the need to strain... More

Last night we saw their production of Singing In The Rain. It was sooo good. Wonderful voices, fun tap dancing scenes. Funny, great actors. We have been season ticket holders for 35 years with our friends. All 4 of us agreed that this production ranks in the Top Ten that we've seen in that times. Get tickets if you can.... More

The Village Theater is always top notch. The Pump Boys and Dinette cast is the best mix of a cast I have ever seen. It is an explosive dynamic and unbelievable harmony and each cast member plays more than one instrument. I have seen the play twice and look forward to a 3rd performance.

We first went to this theater to see Million Dollar Quartet which went on to Broadway. The theater has a good restaurant, Fins Bistro, attached which is worth going to before and after the show. Excellent shows. All good seats. Check it out.

We had just the BEST of fun with this amazingly talented group of artists/musicians. They each and every one poured their hearts and souls into making this something to remember. The set was simple yet imaginative and the costumes so realistic. Although those never changes, the artists changed instruments like pairs of shoes. It made for a wonderfully entertaining evening.

We have been Season Tickets subscribers of Village Theatre for 16 years. The productions are absolutely wonderful. Everything is 1st class. The sets, costumes, actors, directors, theatre, you name it. It's fantastic. I don't think I've ever been disappointed in any production I've seen. The original productions are often award winning and Broadway bound. Next To Normal won the Pulizer... More

Village Theater is our own little gem! Great plays and Billy Elliott was no exception. Lots of talent.

Having been season ticket holders for 20 years, we have not seen a bad performance! Village Theatre has been instrumental in creating new productions, as well as performing the classics. Some of the new plays/musicals have won awards and gone on to NYC and Broadway, e.g., "Million Dollar Quartet" The venue is wonderful (not a bad seat in the house)... More

We attend the Village Theatre regularly and always find the productions to be first rate. We may not always like the play itself but the production values are always excellent. The costuming and staging are amazing.
