I came to the Gorge for the first time over Labor Day weekend 2016. We had an RV and did the general admission camping. The venue itself is amazing. The only frustration I had was having to go to one line to get an over...More

Visited the gorge for dmb over labor day weekend. It was one of the greatest weekends of my life. This was a buckelist trip for my husband and I, since we are from NJ. We packed a tent in our luggage and purchased some other...More

Spent LaborDave weekend at the gorge, and it was nothing short of amazing!! Stayed in standard camping and it was perfectly fine! It's not going to be perfect, but remember, you are camping at a concert not a national park! The views were breathtaking and...More

If you have a chance to come here. Do it. Though I can't think of a better band to see here than Dave Matthews, just get out there and see someone. Anyone. It's stunning and amazing and all the things everyone else has said about...More

This was my first experience at "The Gorge". We bought reserved seats for Saturday night for Dave Matthews Band, pretty late in the game as it turns out. First tip - buy early, and if you don't want to camp, reserve housing very far in...More

I learned first-hand this past September why this venue has been dubbed, "Heaven's amphitheater." This place is unlike anything I have ever seen in my life. The views are breathtaking. Once you come up the hill and look down on the Columbia River and the...More

Hi I have several tickets to camp at the terrace campgrounds. They have different row and seat numbers. Does this relate to where you will camp, the exact location? Or is it first come first serve.

How early before parking opens do people line up to get into the parking area? Are campers allowed to line up at the entrance gate before the parking lot opens?

I'm not entirely sure. I would call the venue. We arrived four hours early and the parking area was nearly full. We parked near the entrance for a quick departure. There were a lot of RVs in the "regular" parking area on the... More

How early do people start arriving before a show. I imagine there will be traffic and a long line to get in the parking lot. The show starts at 7:30 and my star parking ticket says 3:00. I was planning on being there between 1-2:00. My seats are in the PIT so I want to be first in line to get a spot along the stage barrier. Any suggestions?
