This park doesn't have the spectacular scenery of some of the national parks. But, the campgrounds have coin operated showers and can be reserved. It is located such that most of the western Olympic national forest is a daytrip away. So, it is kind of...More

Stayed here in our 32’ class A in mid October at a PHU site for $30/night. The place was mostly empty with just a handful of other campers which was nice since this time of year it is first come-first served for spots. Very short...More

We stayed in a small RV with a partial hookup. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. The surroundings were beautiful and there were not too many monster RVs - just a great mix of tents, smaller RVs and touring caravans. Coming from the UK,...More

We stopped by this State Park for a picnic and walk in the woods. It is a nice campground with large and semi-private spaces. It is well-maintained with super clean restrooms and showers. Many spots are right along the river. The only issue was that...More

Park was located near the highway so quite a bit of road noise. The park is well maintained and some sites are located near the river. Showers available and tokens are 2 for $1 which is 6 minutes.

This is a campground tucked into the forest along the bogachiel river. It is heavily treed with a winding dirt road throughout the park. There is a 35ft suggested limit on RVs but we took our 40-foot motorhome and toad in to look around. After...More

It wasn't open for camping but nice secluded park on river. Good place to walk or camp. We enjoy it here as it is a bit more quieter in winter and the gurgling river is nice to listen to as we picnic. This campsite has...More

Don't rely on Google maps to get there or you will wind up in someone's driveway. Instead, follow the official brown park sign right near Furman Rd. We drove in to check it out. It is a nicely wooded park real close to the rocky...More

Beautiful forests, warm water and area. This has beautiful scenery, flora and fauna and is very easily reached from Highway 101, you can't miss it.

Good place to look anyway if you're into that sort of nonsense. The scenery and natural resources here are well worth a visit. Plenty of places to stay and things to do.
