This museum tells the story of the US Army in the Pacific northwest. It also has an extensive collection of military equipment. This is a must for military history buffs.

The museum just recently reopened after some reconstruction of the inside exhibits. Despite the building being 3 floors and big, the museum only covers the first floor. The displays are nicely done, and covers military history of the post from 1849 to the present. There...More

From tanks, to personnel carrier, from rockets, to AA guns from different eras of the ARMY, gave us a perspective of the evolution of our Armed Forces through the years. Great way to expend a couple of hours if you have access to Ft. Lewis...More

This is located on the military base, NOT Dupont and only accessible from army base. Not sure why it's listed as Dupont.

I was able to walk around and photograph the military vehicles, helicopters, cannons from different wars. It is family friendly. Looking forward to visiting when the museum buildings are open.

Even though the main Museum was closed still got to walk around and take pictures and it brought back memories from my time in the military is a great place for kids to visit all took many pictures for memories

We took our grandkids here( 2 boys ages 8 and 10) They were amazed they saw tanks, helicopters, old uniforms, old weapons, etc. we took a picture with a real soldier etc.
