It has been a life long dream to visit the home of aplets and cotlets. After donning our protective shower caps we were led on a tour right into the factory kitchen. What a treat to see the countertop covered with a huge slab of...More

This is a charming little candy story that pretty much only sells the products it makes but they do carry other goodies from the Pacific Northwest. They have wonderful gift ideas as well as small bundles and individual size items. They offer free samples which...More

For the actual tour you need to show up in the morning! We were there in the afternoon and production had already stopped and the only thing open was the retail store. It was very quaint with lots of fun items to purchase, both decorative...More

Went here with my husband and two kids. I appreciate we were able to get right into a tour. The tour only lasted about 10 minutes. You do need to wear a hair net. I imagined the factory to be a lot larger, but is...More

I took a tour through the factory and enjoyed it. Samples of the candy are in the store. There are a variety of boxed and bagged candy items as well as candles, clothing, books and more. Friendly staff.

Check the hours for tours and plan to be here during that time. There is not much to the production of aplets & cotlets but it's interesting and easy to spend a bit of time in the shop as you wait for the tour. A...More

Amazing tour and really learned the behind the scenes of production. After the tour, free samples and walked away with a few purchases. Recommend the tour.

Aplets & Cotlets are some of my favorite candies and I've always wanted to take the factory tour. Unfortunately, despite what is advertised, it is either closed early or only the gift shop is open. This was our third failed attempt in different seasons and...More

Even though the machinery would not be operating in the afternoon when we were able to drop by with our group of 14, I called ahead and arranged a free tour and it was really good! We learned the history and how this one operation...More

To my knowledge, Applets and Cotlets are only made in Cashmere. Their kitchen is in Cashmere. It might be worth a phone call to them and ask.
