Loomis Trail has a water hazard on almost every hole and, unlike its sister course, Semiahmoo Golf and Country Club, has no adjacent home sites except on the 12th and 13the fairways. It is open to the public on even numbered days; the public can play at the nearby Semiahmoo course on odd numbered days. Players can also enjoy views... More

usually this course would be rated a 5, but due to the the drought in Washington, the greens are fine, but the fairways have many dead areas. beautiful course ususally, very difficult, 14 holes with water, narrow fairways, tough greens. have a snack bar and driving range. Good rates for twilight.

Loomis Trail had a "Canadians play at par" promotion when we played a week ago. The course was basically deserted when we played but it was very hot and humid so probably why. Course needs water - badly. Fairways were turning yellow and like concrete. Grass had been shaved right down so very hard to hit off of. A bit... More

This course has its challenges with plenty of water hazards and the fast greens. Contrary to its sister course (Semiahmoo) it is not as wooded but provides its challenges to its distinct layout. The staff are always very helpful and will provide any assistance you need including the best places to drive your ball to. Bottled water is provided on... More

Goo challenge for all types of players . Beginners tees are excellent for new golfers or those who are intimidated by water and other hazards. They provide a shorter distance and enabled the novice player to compete with the regular player. Excellent idea. Course is very well maintained with well groomed fairways and fast greens. The only issue is that... More

The course is in a beautiful location, lots of water, good length, and given it was the end of December it was in great condition.

We played for the first time on a sunny winter day and were pleasantly surprised. The course was in great condition, especially the greens. The course is challenging with a lot of holes where a precise drive is critical to success but it is not overly difficult if you play it safe and could be enjoyed by players of all... More

We are members here - love it. Part of Semiahmoo Golf and country club but open to the public. Beautiful course - a walk in nature. You have to play good golf, tricky course. Women should take a 7 wood to get over all the water. Love it here.

I liked the course very much. It was empty the day we played there. The clubhouse is very cool. The fairways were lush and the greens were smooth.
