Great place to run/walk/bike, especially in the summer. Great for taking the whole family, although it can get a little bit crowded on weekends and evenings, if the weather is really nice.

This lake is very popular place for strolling and riding bikes. There's a dog park attached to it, so there's a bit for everyone.
