Just outside Glacier on the way to the Mount Baker Ski Area is a nice little falls as tributaries of the Nooksack fall into a horseshoe bend in the river. Watch for a sign on the right side of the highway heading uphill towards Mount...More

This is just off the Baker Scenic Hwy between mile markers 40 & 41. You have to exit to another rougher road and drive about a quarter mile or more back. The walk from the small parking lot is short but rough. The falls are...More

We drove from Bellingham to the falls which is about an hour and ten minute drive. The falls are absolutely breathtaking! They are not the easiest to photograph due to the location and the viewpoint of the falls, still the scenery here is incredible! This...More

Above all exercise extreme caution, especially with children. The best time to visit is during spring thaw. The least interesting is the fall. These falls are spectacular in an area abounding in the spectacular. Do not go beyond the fences and do not lean onto...More

Easy to locate, well marked. The falls were great. Very peaceful and beautiful. Must be able to climb and go on rough terrain. Fenced off to prevent one from falling down side of hill.. Not handicap accessible.

The road up to Artist Point, in the Mt Baker Wilderness area follows the North Fork Nooksack River and part way up is Nooksack Falls on a small detour to the right. Here the falls are up stream from near where a creek meets the...More

The road was closed due to snow fall, so we walked down to it. The walk was fun filled with a snowball fight :) The falls is beautiful, as was the drive to and from the location! I am always humbled by nature's beauty!

It takes a while to drive in on Wa 542, but the scenery along the way is relaxing and beautiful. The Nooksack Falls are beautiful! Just an amazing amount of water!! We were surprised since the small creeks or rivers we passed didn't seem to...More
