These are easily accessible waterfalls in Bellingham- just a 2-3 minute drive off the main road, you can drive within a few hundred feet of the falls. The trail is wide and easily accessible for those with limited mobility. The falls themselves are beautiful- you feel like you are so far out in the woods. On 7/15/16, the falls were... More

My in-laws live close to Whatcom Falls Park so when visiting Bellingham we always go to the park. My father-in-law has been going there since the 50's and a group of his buddies in their 70's and 80's walk the trails most mornings. Nice place for a picnic. We were there yesterday and played a little basketball. There's an interesting... More

This park offers something for everyone - playgrounds for kids, tennis courts & miles of hiking & running trails (there's a difference) for young & old. All of this in a setting of beauty that soothes the spirit. If your mobility is limited, there is easy access to a quiet bench next to pond, stream, or beautiful fall. Easy trip... More

Beautiful short hike with pretty waterfalls and short hikes. There's a small lake that had bull frogs that were fun to watch.

There are many locals who make our way to Whatcom Falls Park to walk at least a couple of times a week along the creek and to check in on the roar of the falls and resident Osprey. Nice easy trails. Beautiful scenery. Restrooms. Not crowded. Peaceful.

We had a short time to visit and very glad we took the time to visit this park. Trails are nice and wide. It is well maintained and clean. Only complaint was the lack of an easy to see/find a layout of the park. Would go back and spend more time if I get back to this area.
