An island of tranquility in a sea of traffic! A lot of nice flat trails along the Potomac. Great water and wetland views. Depending on the time of year, eagles, ospreys, hawks, herons and turkeys can be seen.

Great place for a quick journey into the woods. Pleasant trails with much of them along the bay or river. Some wildlife with mostly birds. Chance to see bald eagles and ospreys diving and catching fish.
