Excellent job at recreating the times of the 1700's. So much to see and do to experience what it must have been like. Will go back in the future if have the opportunity.

They even have a NP highway...very beautiful and sparsely traveled...unlike the nearby Interstate Highway! This is highly recommended.

This was our second trip to Williamsburg. We loved it the first time and even more so this time around! If you go, be sure to sit in on the reenactors talks....especially young Thomas Jefferson. Get a three day pass so you can see it...More

We enjoyed the park with all it's history. The area is rich with history and does require a bit of walking

Easy drive through the park, stopping occasionally to view the area, where colonial history events occurred. Take your time, and read the information signs, describing each event.

This was my fourth time in Williamsburg but the first in 40 years. This time was with grandchildren. This is both entertaining and educational for all ages. Even if Colonial history is not your "bag" there is a lot of entertainment and good food to...More

So wonderful to see nature at its best, a pleasure to get off the freeways and to see both nature and history and how America was.

We drove through the park several times during our stay in Williamsburg stopping to read the informative signs sharing details about the history, fauna, and wildlife of the area. It's nice to get off the highway and wander through lesser traveled roads.

We had such a fun day here. The kids had a blast and I never once caught them on their phones unless they were taking pictures of the sites. We had a fantastic day learning about history.

We are a homeschool family traveling full-time. We are loving the history lessons we are able to give our kids that they will never forget.

Colonial Williamsburg is NOT (repeat NOT) part of the NPS. They might offer a senior discount (check their website, it is not difficult to find) but the NPS senior pass is NO good at Williamsburg.

It's not super walker friendly, but it does tend towards flat areas in these locales. The road itself is flat and better than the sidewalks, which are not as even and at times fairly crowded.
