We ate lunch and the service and food was excellent. The wait staff was very helpful in assisting us with a selection. When the food arrived it was hot and very, very tasty. I would recommend this tavern highly.

We showed up about 30 minutes before they were closing after the lunch period. We were just a party of two, and they seated us in one of the front rooms. It seems like a small little place, but it goes on forever. The restrooms are upstairs, so be sure to visit the upstairs as well. All the dining rooms... More

Nice little resturant on the Main Street where all the other colonial attractions were. Service, good. Food, good. Atmosphere, good. Food was good highly recommend the fried chicken. Place was a little small for big parties and really tight when busy at lunch time. Highly recommend.

We ate here when we honeymooned in Williamsburg 10 years ago and did again this year. The meal is served as if it were 1774 and even has food options for children. Great food!

We were part of a touring group of 80 and had the entire restaurant for several hours. The food was good - a large serving of prime rib, offered in doneness levels from medium to well. But, what was really good were the staff. All of the meals at our table of eight came as ordered. All of the drink... More

King's Arms takes you back to colonial times with its candle-lit dining rooms, costumed wait staff, and strolling musicians. People touring Williamsburg for the first time should certainly dine at one of the restored area restaurants for the experience. The food and service are fair, but certainly not exceptional.
