I love history…so this house and tour were really good. Although the house sits off the main thoroughfare of Independence Blvd, it is really easy to find. The tour guide (Cody) was very knowledgeable and informative. It was great that his sprinkled a little bit...More

Although it's gone through a lot of changes in its lifetime, it's an interesting glimpse into life well before the Civil War. Even rumored to be haunted. Pay the fee for the tour and help support the non-profit org that's renovating the place.
