Rented the basic camping cabin which had 2 bunk beds, table with chairs, a fan, light and electricity. Outside there's a fire pit with a picnic table and two rocking chairs. We were in walking distance to the bathrooms/showers. Really quiet and peaceful at night!...More

My daughter did a Triathlon at this park. The facilities are very nice. The areas to view the activities were adequate. So, I enjoyed being in this area. And my daughter completed her Tri with confidence & aplomb. A very nice facility.

We went early in the season and walked a great deal of the trails. They are well maintained and not too challenging, but provided a great variety of scenery. Great Day!

To be fair, we went over Labor Day hoping for a nice place for an afternoon. The area by the water was absolute insanity, with no space even to sit without putting down a blanket. The water was mucky and gross from all the silt...More

First time here and it is truly a beautiful park. Our campsite was private and near the bathrooms. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. We did the panning for gold trip and we had the best time. Our ranger was Garrett, and Americorp volunteer and...More

The Lake Anna State Park is a great place to hike. They have many good hiking trails and spots to see the lake. My family has worked very hard on helping this park and now they have a lodge named after them!More

I assume the main draw of this campground is its proximity to the lake. We were there in the winter and so this wasn't an option for us. The campground was clean, the showers looked good, but otherwise it was pretty non-descript and not very...More

We check for coliform bacteria at all our parks weekly during the summer. We close swimming if we get a bad reading and I can't remember an issue there.
