A trip down memory lane. Pity the wading pool is no longer there, you can just see where it was. Always a shady spot to sit, good facilities and you can watch the world go by.

Love Cottesloe Beach. The beach is clean, there are grassed and sand areas for people to enjoy. Shady trees, snack shop and toilets nearby, plenty of parking. Great swimming beach

Good views on the coastal drive stopping at the many beaches like Cottesloe beach. Enjoyable walk with a strong clean breeze.

The beach is a great place to spend time with family. The weekends are very crowded though and slightly difficult to get a parking nearby - but if you are ready for a short stroll - will get a lot of free parking spots. Overall,...More

Enjoyed a beautiful stroll on the beach, catching the sun and taking in the sights at Cottesloe Beach. Plenty of parking during weekdays, easy to traverse walkways, soft sand and great views.

A wonderful family-friendly beach only 30 mins on a train from the CBD. Surrounded by magnificent properties and some great eateries. Lots of benches to sit and watch the sunset and lots of playgrounds for kids. A great place for a Coastal walk.

Windy, windy, wet and raining sounds like good beach weather doesn’t it? Would be busy as in pleasant weather and was cool to see the sun setting out over the Indian Ocean. Nice place to visit would be even better in warm, sunny weather.

Beach is not too far from Perth city (less than 30 mins drive), and you can enjoy your strolls, jogs and cycling here, just like the locals. The benches, painted blue and white, lie along the pathways, still looking the same as what I saw...More

Blue ocean and long beach looking at Rottnest island. Can be very windy and cold in winter time. Nice scenary though and easy access with bus or train.

A trip to Cottesloe summer or winter has to be done. After a walk along the beach and onto the rocky spit to watch the fishermen head back for some dinner. In winter wrap up, grab yourself fish and chips at Amberjacks which serve the...More

There are no organised activities, just personal beach walking, night photography of the exhibitions if you are into it or eating dinner at a restaurant nearby

Sadly not for hire. If you go to the main Cottesloe beach there is plenty of shade on the terraces of lawn south of Indiana building.
