Had a lovely lunch at the restaurant for a family celebration.The view of the rowing course is very nice and is very peaceful.Went for a stroll along the rowing course which was quiet and flat.Would recommend it for all ages.
I did the Sydney Corporate Triathlon at Sydney International Regatta Centre, it was fantastic, the track was basically dead flat, so it is easy to run and ride. Lots of parking.
I can absolutely see why they held the Rowing Olympics there.

What a great spot to hold a sporting event. Plenty of parking seating under cover lots of nice walking tracks and places to run and water sports available for hire. There is a canteen and restaurant for food however a little pricey.
