Amazingly clear water- walk out in water up to your neck and count your toes. Great waves, beautiful, large sandy beach and even a campground. The stress will wash away under these spirit healing waters!

The beach is absolutely gorgeous, it feels like you are in one of those special places like from the movie "The Beach". Not crowded at all, you will have your space, sand is beautiful and the places for food and drinks are fantastic! This is...More

There is a reason this is one of the top 10 beaches in the world. Beautiful beach! Even at its busiest it never seems crowded.

I spent three days on this beach in the shade of a palm tree. It was amazing. The water is warm and clear. The beach is white and surprisingly clean. It can get busy in the afternoons but the mornings are super peaceful.

Get there as early as possible and you'll get to experience Flamenco without the crowd. $20 can get you an umbrella and two chairs all day for some nice shade. Lots of little restaurants and shacks nearby, but bring your own cooler with drinks/food if...More

This is one among top 10 beaches in the world, and rightly so, with white sand, clear waters and beautiful views around. It has restrooms and shower area too. There are many food kiosks, restaurants with ample parking.

Not impressed. Too many vendors and people. May have been good before, but not impressed with the amount of hype and a big let down.

Very gorgeous beach, about an hour walk outside of town. Lots of little beach food kiosks (thought not the greatest food) and good bathrooms.

First you do have to get in line for the Ferry from Fajardo and least you know someone, you're expect it to wait in line. I was there last month, and I didn't know the whole waiting in line, waited 2 hrs. for the 9am Ferry... More

5-10 minutes depends on the traffic. Sometimes the island gets very crowded. We rented a jeep for $50 (we were 4 people and the taxi would cost us $40 round trip). It's fun to ride around the island.
