Perfect place for a walk and picnic. I did the South Pennine Water Trail walk around the lake which also takes you through the countryside. A lovely walk with lots of stunning views.

Very good place for kids and family. Lot of food shops around and parking areas around. Best to go with kids and enjoy fish and chips at the corner.
