very much like Bradford town hall in size and appearance --it is beautifully maintained and setin the middle of town--well worth a visit.

We attended the Masquerade Ball last night at the Town Hall. Just wanted to say the canapés, and dining food all from the Clock Tower Restaurant was delicious. Mary and her team looked and acted very professionally, the service was timed to perfection. We will definitely visit the restaurant soon as we were very impressed with the food. The refurbishment... Had an excellent meal at the town hall for The Rochdale Man of The Year. Have yet to try the Clock Tower Restaurant but it looks fantastic.

We booked the two hour tour which was like a fascinating history lessson. Not suitable for children, but there is a shorter tour available. The Clocktower restaurant offered a two course very good lunch for £10.90 which we recommend. I understand they also do afternoon tea which must be booked.

Very impressive. Visited here because they were hosting the 2nd Rochdale beer festival. So glad I went because the venue was magnificent and if they hols a beer fest next year I will gladly spend 3 hours on the bus to get there.

From the outside, the Town Hall appears, as a rather gaunt, gothic, Victorian edifice, blackened by soot from the industrial era. However, once the architectural features had been explained by Robert, our guide, suddenly I was much able to appreciate the building. There are fantastic stained glass windows, whose purpose is beyond decorative. The tour included an organ recital, in... More
