Rochdale town hall is a real surprise...a jewel of a building. I never imagined that I would be a proud Rochdale girl (I’m from greater good Manchester) but after visiting this amazing piece of history in stone I am a very very proud ‘Rochdale Girl’.

Visit the Clock Tower Restaurant on a weekly basis for the Veterans’ Breakfast Club. Excellent breakfast at special rate for ex forces, etc. Although this is a special club the food for all is the same. Excellently cooked and efficiently served by lovely staff.

Most interesting visit to Rochdales Jewel in the crown. Learned lots about the building, and saw rooms not usually open to the public.
