What a day out, great fun and so much for all ages. Staff very friendly and happy. Had both young and teen children with us and something for everyone. The animals looks so cared for and content outside of there natural habitat.

hi there, we are driving from south Wales on Thursday, we have booked to stay the night and check in is from 3, should we go to the park first or come to reception first anyway, many thanks :-)

Actually I found out after having queued at 3 that you can pre check in if you go in to leave bags so at 3 you literally collect you key from a member of staff with a box. Go into the hotel first and ask about that. I wish I... More

Hi, assuming you'll be having breakfast and dinner at the hotel, I'd say anything between £100 and £130 to cover both days
