This beach is great if you have little kids. There is a large playground right next to the free car park. Its a sandy beach with another playground on the beach (lots of natural shade from trees).

Walked to Peguera from camp de mar beautiful walk through quiet woodland although a little hilly . Resort has beautiful sandy beaches and lots of shopping

Is there any transfers or organised trips to Palma Nova for the Pirates show. I have promised to take the children and under estimated the distance for taxi.

Local bus from Camp de Mar heading to city Palma stops at Palma Nova on the way. Think it will work just fine :-) Think bus no 811 is one good option.

how would the place be in november ? Would it be too cold to relax and spend time at the beach ?

Hi, Our friend Alyson works in Camp de Mar promoting boat trips and she has just told us its normally 20/22 in November and you can be on the beach with very few people and its very quiet.

Yes there are a lot of restaurants. I recommend Gran Sol. Twice a week they have a live band and the food is great. The Beach Club is wonderful and there are plenty of other restaurants. Yes there are a few bars as well... More
