At a cost of 4 euros, each, entrance, you may think its expensive. It is well worth it,the atmosphere of being in a bull ring, from the bull or the matadore,is amazing.Forget about the bloodsport,& take in the splendor of the ring.well worth a visit

My wife and I visited the Mijas Plaza De Toros just off the Costa del Sol area in Mijas Spain. This small, stunning traditional Spanish town is tucked away in the high mountains. The town is so clean and well maintained with beautiful Spanish architecture. They have a park, many restaurants, hotels, a bull ring , beautiful and unique churches... More

This beautiful hill town is a must visit. Fantastic views over the sea with mountains behind. Beautiful whitewashed buildings. Great food places and shopping and quaintvstreets. Car parking for one Euro a day. This is not far from the main resorts but not a place to be missed.

It's great to have such a stunning traditional Spanish town so close to the drag of the Costa del Sol. I don't understand why anyone would come to this area and not stop by here. There are fantastic views, great shops and cafes. All very pretty and quaint. You can you get there by a cheap bus ride from the... More

Mijas Plaza de Tores is a small and old city. If you like nice spanish architecture and smal intimate shops. This is a good place to visit. Recommend to spend a whole and good day here.

We toured through Spain and Portugal on a bus trip and this town was our absolute favorite place of the entire trip. It has so much character and the blue and white theme throughout the town was so quaint. It is a great place to buy leather goods and bartering is expected. We strolled up and down many of the... The old bullring of Mijas was built in 1900 and is unusually oval in shape. There's a small museum attached where it is said many famous bullfighters have fought here. It's situated next to Constitution Square and is worth a look as a monument to Spanish culture.
