We visited the Torre twice today. The first time it was very foggy but clearer the second time. It is special because you can see for miles. However I enjoyed it when it was foggy just as much.

It was very nice to go and check all over and almost no snow, even its around 6500ft. In winter is most closed due to the roads closed. Wkends are worst with all tour coming and go, so not much quieter place.

There still was a bit of snow. 1995m above sea-level. In the building there are various little shops selling local cheese, ham and the usual tourist stuff. Restrooms and snacks Beautiful run up with amazing views.

They put a “mercado” at the top of the mountain with a dozen of stands selling the same things (cheese, bread, hats, hot gloves, snow ski, crazy carpets, etc). The view was still as great as 50 feet below. We saw a Snowmobile!!!!!! But we...More

Hi there, The snow will start early to the mid of December and the road can be a bit tricky, with lots of bends. If the road is too bad it will be closed by the G.N.R. which is the local police. If you do get to the top of... More
