We were able to visit the USS Wisconsin because we were attending a conference and our party was in the Nauticus. There were retired navy officers on the ship to tell us its history and explain the layout, etc. It was very informative. If you...More

Ship Very Well maintained.Cost way too much for amount of ship actually open for viewing. If you must drive 5+ hours to see a battleship go see USS North Carolina.

The Battleship Wisconsin is a very impressive ship. We thoroughly enjoyed checking out all the areas on the ship. Of course it bought back many memories of the days I spent in the US Navy even though I didn't serve on a battleship. GO NAVY!

We visited Nauticus and the Wisconsin during a not so good weather day... but it worked out very well... we were in the museum during the rain and the boat during the sunshine!

I would bring a jacket because you are on the waterfront and in Norfolk the joke is what 5 minutes and the weather will change. Also, you may want a scarf in case the wind is up. There really aren't any tight places that I... More
