Of all the places we have been stationed, outside of Pensacola, this is my favorite. A great base in an awesome location. I wouldn't have minded a third tour, to be honest.

A visit to the Naval Station makes you proud and thankful to have a Navy of our caliber and to protect us and our country! An awesome sight to see all of the ships and types of ships.

Access is restricted but the views and property are beautiful. A gem of a naval station where some of our fines sailors work every day to ensure out country's safety.

You don't go to the base. You go to the Nauticus Museum to get your tickets. It is also the cruise terminal for the cruise ships. The tours leave from the park area. FYI..if we had to do over we would have taken the Miss... More

To get on base, someone in your party must have either Military or Dependent Military ID. You must have government (State Issued) picture ID as well.
