Lovely beach but it is rocks/pebbles and not sand - lots of people wearing beach shoes. Walkways and parasols situated on the beach and you can hire sun loungers. Water was amazing and it was never too busy. Lifeguards on site.
Direct access to a couple of cafes which overlooked the beach and served nice food/drinks and ice cream.

Lovely bay with a couple of restaurant/bars on the beach front.

Only downside being that the beach is a pebble beach! (V large pebbles!!) but was fantastic weather when vast majority of the island was under cloud cover!

We really enjoyed the 2-3 hours down there and would also be beautiful at sunset for a few drinks or even dinner.

Mostly empty, this beach is well-maintained with a man-made lagoon in front of Enotel Hotel at Sunset Bay, where we used their restrooms. There's hardly any activity, even in the hotel lobby. Where are the guests? Where are the tourists?
This place is beautiful but am I missing something?

It's a pebble beach but in quite a dramatic setting. Nice quiet narrow streets to walk about in. Very few tourists and interestingly like a lot of places here, most people wearing masks outside. Has two restaurants right in the beach for meals or coffee and a snack.

worth exploring! Small alleys lead to where locals live and miradours you can get to for views. Bars, restaurants around for a drink or a proper meal.

'Point of the sun' where you can bask in the sun. It is a pebble beach but has walk boards which you can also place a towel and enjoy the water. The ocean is in a man-made lagoon which allows for nice quiet swimming. Bring some sandals or beach shoes.

The beach is volcanic you will need to have good water shoes to wear and strong ankles and knees to clamber down to the water
However the water is lovely!

A very warm place and a quiet little town. Pebble beach but it's a relaxing area for a short stroll and walks around the town. Heard about the trouble with rockfalls that occurred so I hope everything is well. Worth a short visit.

Beach is very rocky and this makes it difficult to get to the small “lagoon” sheltered by a concrete block breakwater (incredibly, some of the blocks have actually been moved by wave action). A couple of cafes are on the beach front and a few restaurants line the narrow street behind the promenade. Free sunbeds that look like used pallets so not very comfortable to lay out on. All looking rather sad and forlorn :-(
