We found this store via googled and drove for about 90 minutes. The drive was scenic and Solomeo is a lovely town. Our GPS indicated that we've reached our destination yet there wasn't a sign of the store's name. When we asked the lady behind counter if we were at the Cucinelli outlet, she immediately corrected us that there's no... More

Went for 2 hour drive from Rome to the outlet store. The town or Solomeo was beautifully resorted. IF your here to shop then it's perfect. Very friendly staff and helpful. My husband is a huge fan and after we bought a small fortune of men's and women's cloths and they Gaylord them on site we were lucky to be... More

This beautiful village just outside of Perugia regained its ancient splendour thanks to Sig. Cucinelli - who restored it completely, with love and respect. Numerous events and festivals are held here throughout the year. So if you are exploring the area, consider a visit to this evocative and peaceful place.

I'm a bit of a Cucinelli fan - not that I can afford these clothes, but like I am a Cezanne fan. I find Brunello's story/philosophy really interesting and we thought we would visit his village and store in Solomeo while in the area. It is a lovely town indeed, as is the "source" store. But don't expect to be... More

My husband and our 9m old visited Solomeo in April. We were told it is one of the best reconstructed villages on Italy...partially true, everything looks so clean, so nice, you have the feeling that you are on a film's set :) From the reviews I read my expectations were of a livelier place but actually is it extremely quite.... We were in Montalcino for the night and ventured to Solomeo to visit the Brunello Cucinelli HQ. Its in a castle and there is one floor of women's and another floor of mens'. The clothes are between 30% and 60% off depending on whether its a current season or previous season. Sizes can be somewhat limited but they have the... More

Even if you are not a fan of Cucinelli, by visiting his outlet (really more of an extensive boutique) you will become a fast follower; there is truly something for everyone.

While a little bit off the beaten track, the Brunello Factory Store in Solomeo is all the things that are right about Italy. A Family run operation that makes the finest Cashmere apparel in the world (IMHO). This is Costly rather than expensive. The Factory stores are now combined in one area and available Monday-Saturday. Look for the extra discount... More

This is the home of Brunello Cucinelli. All items in the boutique are new collection and 20% off the price in Milan. If you're not up for shopping, the village is absolutely gorgeous, as the antique feel has been kept, with all buildings and infrastructure refurbished to highest standard. Mr Cucinelli also lives here himself.

My husband made a point to go to the Cucinelli village and the trip was so worth it. The village has only one store - and it supposed to be the outlet, where all the current pieces are 30% less than the retail, and if you found older season pieces, it is even cheaper. We were shopping around and the... More
