This small church is a must detour from the main road. It has amazing old paintings and an impressive history well documented since the middle Ages. There is also a small museum which brings to live the different stages in its history including the times of the pest (although it really was typhus).

Right across from the hotel and although very small it is nice and well kept. A credit to the folks who look after this. $2 to get in but it does help maintain the place. Have a look.

The Chiesa di San Procolo is one of the most important monuments of middle age in south tyrol. It is well known for its frescoes which are really exciting to see. It is located directly at the main road in Naturns and a parking lot is in direct vicinity.
