It was fine. Mostly a store selling ceramics, though it does seem like they have other stuff going on behind the scenes. All of it is ceramics. You get a guide to accompany you, but not one that speaks English. $5 for foreigners.

If you like ceramics this is probably good. If not it is a lot of ceramics. It is also no longer free and is $5 per person.

We too were hit by the heat and after the swelter of the indoor market so we decided to visit this museum as it was handy aswell- as available. We were amazed at the relics kept therein and really the presentation was one of the best in Granada as many places are somewhat "tatty" in comparison not that that bothered... More

Mi Museo is a great place to go after you've been to the markets and maybe even the pottery factory. The pieces in Mi Museo are of such superior quality that you know what all the fuss is about. Also, many of the pieces are for sale and (again) the quality is superior. There are a lot of artifacts, burial... More

Visited the museum as a way to get out of the sun and enjoyed learning about the local pottery discovered in the area from the fourteenth century and earlier. Free admission, bilingual placards (not perfect but that's OK), and many rooms with displays. Predominantly female figurines and the final room is for purchasing local artistry but still enjoyable. Nice to... More

This private museum is a must see if you are into antiquities. There is a tremendous amount of cultural ceramic art in this place. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I don't remember any cost to visit.

We happened upon the museo while visiting Granada. What a surprise it was. Very interesting collection of ceramic artifacts, and free to see. They even have some great ceramics for sale. If you want higher quality to buy I would check them out. The staff was very friendly, and did their best with our broken Spanish. Would certainly go back... More
