We stayed at the casa Nica language school for 2 weeks including homestay. We really liked our teacher, she was very professional, friendly and we had fun together ( we did 2-on-1 lessons). The homestay was great, perfect food and when I was sick they took really good care of me. The cultural activities we did with the school in... More

I had a one week homestay at Casa Nica. It went very well. My instructor was Marlon who was very good. He was patient and corrected me when I needed it.... which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this Spanish School. The activities were a great experience too. Regarding the homestay, like other posts, it was not very clean. The... More

Spent two productive and enjoyable weeks studying with Casa Nica in Granada! The colonial building contributes to the feeling of being in Granada and all the staff and teachers were warm and welcoming. My teacher was knowledgable and able to pinpoint specific needs of my intermediate Spanish, without making me trudge through grammatical lectures. The friendly atmosphere, made it easy... More

The school experience was great. My whole family took courses here (the three of us) and we felt very much at home right away and the approach was professional and personal at the same tiem. My teacher was Bosco, who impressed me by the breadth of his knowledge and curiosity for such a young guy. He carried me through conversations... More

We did one week of language school. Techers were great and I recommend the school. Our homestay was not so great, it was pretty filthy and they did not clean a thing even after the school and we told them to please do so. We did not bother to change because it was only one week. Be sure to check... More

Highly recommend this school. The teachers are great and the 1-on-1 personal attention is phenomenal if you are looking to improve your Spanish fast. Beyond learning Spanish, I developed personal relationships with many of the teachers there and after a month it really felt like home. It was a great way to get to know Granada in a really authentic... More

I recently spent two weeks studying in Granada at Casa Nica Spanish School. The one on one instruction was a great way to bring my Spanish up to the next level. I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon activities and learned about Nicaraguan culture while still working on and practicing Spanish conversation. A home stay with a Nicaraguan family is the only... Casa Nica accommodated a one time 1 hour Spanish class for us to learn some basics and my oldest daughter and husband really enjoyed it. It was very inexpensive and they worked with our schedule. We were very pleased with the class.

Such a great experience! My trip to Granada was a J-term college class so going into it, the LAST thing I wanted to do was go to school. It took one Spanish class at Casa Nica and I was hooked. Unfortunately we ended up having only 5 lessons due to a delayed incoming flight. Our tutor, Bosco, was amazing and... More

I found Casa Nica online when I was planning a trip to Nicaragua. I had studied Spanish in college 30 years ago so basically I was beginner. I am very happy I decided on Casa Nica. I attended class there for three weeks and did home stay for one week with Orlando Sotelo. I can't say enough about what a... More
