At a crossroads in my life and searching for the right path, I woke up and felt that I should travel to India to complete yoga teacher training. It was an idea that had crossed my mind a couple of times in the past but I had never considered seriously. It quickly became clear to me that Rishikesh was the place to do this, being the spiritual birthplace of yoga. After spending a short amount of time researching schools, I easily decided that Adiyogi was the place for me. It sounds strange but I could feel even through a laptop that I was aligned with the energy of the school. I liked that there wasn't a huge instagram following for Adiyogi, and that it wasn't overly promoting amazing excursions, or yoga on the beach as some schools were. My instincts were right, as I can't imagine a better quality of yoga teacher training. Anoop has a special commitment and fervour for teaching yoga, in particular the alignment classes left me feeling full of confidence for my teaching practise. Even more impactful was the wisdom and teachings imparted by Anoop in daily yoga philosophy, the learnings from which I will carry with me for life into my own practise and teaching. I left for India within a week of waking up with this vision, and can already feel that it was one of the best decisions I will make in my life. I look forward to returning and deepening my understanding of yoga. Thank you Adiyogi for this experience.

Such a valuable, thorough, authentic yoga training. Through the wisdom of teacher Anoop I have gained may starting points and deeper understanding of yoga. I will take this with me in. live. The personal approach of teacher Anoop and teacher Seraj made it possible to improve my self practice. Getting to know the other students happened in such a natural way. Enjoyed so much the conversations and excursions together in this special place and area. The yoga training, the people, te place have touche my heart. It made me grow in many ways.

The course provides me with deep insight into yoga, including philosophy, anatomy, asana, and pranayama techniques. It also enhances my awareness of the body alignment of fundamental yoga poses, the correct approach of entering a pose and hands on tips. Master Anoop is professional and knowledgeable. I enjoy the lectures and also group practices a lot. The atmosphere of the class is great, interactions with Master Anoop and classmates made both learning and teaching fun! I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to gain more knowledge in the yoga. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Anoop.

Quite great experience of yoga learning with Anoop sir. The yoga class will surely help you become more aware of your body & mind. I recommend everyone to join Rishikesh Adiyogi school for further deepening their knowledge in yoga.

Purohit Sir is really an erudite Yogi. With an experience of more than 18 years he teaches with amazing technique on alignment and variations each day. He teaches not just physically but also mentally and spiritually (My favorite part)

I did a 500 hours YTT with Anoop and I can honoustly say it was one of the best experiences I ever had. Anoop is an awsome teacher with a lot of experience in yoga practice and teaching. He has a great technique and a good way to communicate his knowledge. He is very gentle and motivating at the same time, as a good teacher should be. I will always come back to do some yoga with Anoop!

I completed my 200hr with Anoop and I thoroughly enjoyed his style of teaching. I do regular online classes with him still, a few years after my training. I would highly recommend Anoop for any one looking for an authentic teaching style.

Hands down the best Yoga Guide and School I have ever experienced. Anoop is both knowledgeable and skilled at the art and beauty of yoga. I walked away from my YTT with advance skill and knowledge after beginning as a novice. I also gained a friend as well as a guide for life.

Here you will be able to receive the most authentic yoga teaching from a great Master. Yoga is not just about learning the poses, but understanding the intention, live the live style, breathing the yogic philosophy. did a 200h yttc with anoop and he taught me all that was required to get myself started with my yoga journey in a more mindful and aligned level. he is patient and always knows various modifications to any physical limitations. we also collaborated for an online arm balance and backbending workshop, his approach in this matter was entertaining and unique. I highly recommend his courses and will forever be his student.
