What was amazing was that not only people were crossing this narrow bridge, but cows and scooters were crossing as well.

There is nothing heart here as it's only a bridge but River Ganga looks so beautiful from here. Also Laxman Jhula is photogenic , one can get a good memory here. Nearby places are more attractive likes temples, cafe etc.

A major attaraction of Rishikesh, linked to mythological times, awesome view of Ganga river on this bridge, yet one needs to be careful of the monkeys.

Laxman jhula is very nice place. There are. Many temples for the see. All persons are enjoyed there. All temples are near by the ganga ji.

A very average tourist attraction.. The Ganga is the only beauty which you can look at from the bridge..

Nothing great - its just a high traffic pedestrian connection between 2 banks of the river. You cannot chill or take photos due to high volume of people and cows on the bridge. Made worse by 2-wheelers trying to cross too

One of the oldest bridges of the country. One should must visit this place if you're in Rishikesh or Haridwar.

Must say it is a proud of Rishikesh. A visit without Laxam Jhula makes the visit to Rishikesh useless. A great visit can be in winters & night when there is less traffic. A mesmerizing visit specially at night when the lovely breeze flows over...More

In October November badrinath doors will be closed by then. Howrah exp. runs daily from Kolkata to haridwar. You can still visit Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mussoorie and other nearby places.
