Peaceful, Meditative, and Beautiful!

This experience was truly a highlight of my time in Rishikesh! The views during the drive and at the caves were breath taking. The caves and Ganges were magical. Manish was kind, connected, and informative. This is a must do experience!

Simplicity

We visited the Vashistha Caves to experience a little bit of what others had experienced after spending years & decades in the cave.

The caves are small, and sit next to the surging ganges. To contemplate how long the yogi's had spent there is awe inspiring. You will not walk out enlightened, however I do use the experience to connect to deeper force within during my mediations now.

I learnt that not all environments have to be perfect, or need to be fancy there is acceptance in simplicity & imperfections.

I used the taxi service. It turns out if you price out it was expensive and probably best not to have them wait for you at the Beatles Ashram, just have them drop you off and get a car as needed.
