The chapel was beautiful, inside & out. The guide was helpful & knowledgeable. A visit to the downstairs museum is a must for Civil War buffs.

This is located on the grounds of Washington and Lee University and staffed by volunteers who are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic!

This was interesting -- I was intrigued to learn a little about Lee's life after the War. Not a long stop, but I'm glad we went.

A must see! The history and charm are outstanding for all. Great guided tour that does not take long but is well worth it. Enjoy!
