Very nice park. There is a campground(w/e) a boat launch, beach with a floating dock and slide, a cafe at the beach. You will find plenty of parking and reasonable fees.

We took a boat there for a picnic and swimming. Later that night we drove back and enjoyed the deer wandering around. The views are lovely.

I have spent time within an hour and a half from here for 50 years. We were happy to visit the beach/boat area of the state park and were very impressed. Travelled with my 92 year old grandmother. Happy day for all.

Love the beach area!!! All the littles had a blast and didnt want to leave. Lifeguards on duty were alert and not sitting around talking or texting. Water appeared clean. The staff were pleasant and respectful. They didn't charge us for any of the kids....More

The sites here are plenty big and the fire rings to grill on are the best. The spots are shady so if the kids want a tent bring it. The lake is clean enough to see to the bottom and everyone is so friendly! This...More

This is a very nice state park with a wonderful swimming area. We didn't camp but the camp sites look very nice too! Can't wait to go back and spend more time there.

Im tent camping here for a week and it's been great. The park is well maintained and clean. Hot showers and clean bathrooms. The staff has been very helpful and friendly.
