I chaperoned a field trip here with my nephews 4th grade classes. The program was good but the children really loved the self guided tour/scavenger hunt that had them explore the exhibits. The best was the imax films on Hurricane, I thought the kids would...More

It is a like a mini version of the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. A few cool aviation exhibits and an IMAX theater. If your in Hampton this is probably the best attraction.

Great visit. Friendly environment. Staff very knowledgeable and accommodating. Just a few pictures to show the fun, adventures and very educational exhibits here. A must visit if ever in Hampton Virginia!

Although a distance from the Williamsburg attractions, this small attraction offers something different. Unlike the Smithsonian, this museum can be done in a few hours and you'll see it all. The history, the actual Apollo capsules, aircraft and hands on exhibits for the children.

Although it has educational merit, it is waaaay overpriced!!!! The gift shop is too! One 4x6 postcard should never come out to be $6! No military discounts either.

As locals we've been going there for years. It's interesting the first time or two, but ut just gets a little old after that. The changing exhibits are quite interesting for younger kids, but mine were bored by the 5th or 6th grade. Although, I...More

I don't know if it was just because it was a holiday weekend, but it seemed as if a lot of the features of the museum were not working or closed to visitors. There weren't a lot of visitors that day. We were able to...More

This is a great aerospace museum - has lots of stuff for both adults and kids to see and try. There is also a half jetliner you can go inside and go into the cockpit and act like you are flying the plane. Lots of...More

I don't remember the entry price, but 1 IMAX is included in every admission which was a nice surprise.

I'm not sure, I've never seen any dogs in the museum or any signs pertaining to that either. Try contacting them at 1-757-727-0900.
