Whitebarrel Winery prides itself on distinctive wines, each made on-site, in a variety of styles. Our wines range from award-winning dry whites and reds to delightful semi-sweets, and unique dessert wines too. You can extend your experience beyond tastings to include light fare food items from our kitchen menu, and a glass, tasting flight, or bottle of wine overlooking the vineyard. Wine Tastings start at $5.00, Wine Flights at $8.50, as well as glasses, bottles, and food purchases between $6.00 and $26.00.

Very nice area surrounded by the grape vines. The inside tasting room is very nice and the selection of wines to taste is very varied. They have an outside seating area but it does not have a cover to protect from the sun or rain. I suspect it is under construction. The menu is a fairly varied to appetizer sized... More

Very nice non pretentious Winery with easy access off I81 near Chriastiansburg, VA.  My husband and I did a wine tasting on March 24th, had their delicious homemade pizza and enjoyed the local band "Uncle Buck".  The staff here could not have been nicer - kudos to all who work here; we were very impressed with the service.  I need to... My daughter and I stopped in for a light lunch and some wine during the week. We had excellent service, the wine was just right, and we shared the bruschetta, a salad and for a real treat, the cheese and port plate. Very relaxing and fun way to spend an afternoon.

Food is fantastic, wine is even better. Bin 214 is our favorite. Join the wine club, it's totally worth it. My only complaint is that they aren't open late enough for dinner. Having to eat at 5:30 doesn't work well most of the time. If they were open later we'd be weekly regulars.

A friend and I visited this winery for lunch and a wine tasting in August. We really enjoyed the wine tasting, and bought a case between the two of us. Lunch was...okay. We both ordered a beet salad, which had no beets on it. What it had, was craisins. My friend is a gourmet chef, so it was at least... More

We have visited Whitebarrell many times since they opened and have enjoyed the visits. We always bring visitors for a tasting and tapas and they agree with our assessment of the winery. Tried the brunch menu for the first times. Nice selection of offerings. The French toast and cheese omelette were very good. Service was very good. And, as always,... More

If that ain't the best looking server this side of the Mississippi. I ain't ever been to a winery on the other side of the Mississippi, matter fact, ain't never been to the Mississippi! The Mississippi is a river, right? Oh, and great pizza.

Stopped in with my son and daughter in law. Nice place, clean and inviting. Margarita pizza paired well with our bottle(s) of wine. Been to nearly 200 Virginia wineries and their wines are good and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the Bin 214 and everyone else had the Vidal Blanc. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Cigars outside are permitted which was a... More

We stopped by for a wine tasting on a Thursday. Our mistake was stopping for a wine tasting at lunch time. Only one server to handle 40 seat restaurant and do tastings. When we arrived only about 6 people in restaurant but several groups arrived and server quickly had 20+ people. She did her best but our wine tasting took... More

The staff was wonderfully helpful and very friendly. They were easy to communicate with via e-mail or phone. The menu looked great and we would have ordered food but were unaware before we arrived that they had such a nice selection. We had already made other plans but, next visit we will know. We enjoyed the Winery’s Chambourcin so much... More
