I popped in here one day when it started raining. Definitely worth a trip. The boutique at the entry is quite cute! They even have a stuffed Misty!

This museum does a nice job of presenting the history of the island in my opinion. There is a minimal admission charge. We really liked the scavenger hunt as you browse the exhibits and photographs. If the weather is not cooperating for a beach visit...More

Not huge so you can go through it in a short amount of time. Friendly staff and so educational. Be sure to do the scavenger hunt. I learned so much!

It was raining so we had to find indoor fun,we found this little "shell"ter! It was a blast ! They had a little scavenger hunt to participate in also,overall it turned out to be 1 of our best times!

Part of the Roads Scholar Program I was involved with included the facility on our tour. It added to the rich culture and craftsmanship of the local fish and hunting concerns. It is very well put together as to not to overwhelm you.

The Museum will be closed for the season after Sunday, December 11th however, please call the Museum (757) 336-6117, we may be able to open for you if you'll be in town that week.

So sorry, we missed this question. $4 for adults. Children under 12 and active military get in free.
