Clayton took us out for an overcast morning tour. He has so much information about the history of the islands that it was fascinating talking with him. We stopped to watch the eagle at the tip of the island then cruised further looking for the horses. We found one of the herds then listened some more while we discussed each... More

Courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. The only way we could have seen the world famous Chincoteague ponies in their natural setting. Plenty of parking available. Bathroom access prior to departure. Blankets and binoculars provided free of charge. A reasonable price and worth every penny.

On an unusually mild February day, Capt. Hunter Leonard hosted us on a fun and relaxing water tour of the Chincoteague area. I've been coming to the island for 25 years, and my wife, being an Eastern Shore native, has been coming here her whole life, but we never before thought about a boat tour of the area, so we... We went today. Great cruise. Super nice captains of each boat. Not as much wild life in February as in the summer, but we did see the ponies. Would recommend this company. We had a great afternoon.

We got some great views of the Chincoteague ponies with. . . Bill, I think? I'm terrible with names, but he was great. Very informative and knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the island. They brought on blankets and binoculars to borrow, which was nice. You can be prepared for the cold, but when the wind is whipping you... More

We are visiting from Buffalo, NY this week and today we did our Island tour. We came to see the pony's and we saw plenty. Carlton & Bill shared lots of information about the Pony's, Conch fishing, the various clam & oyster farms and loads of history about the area. Today was sunny but chilly. But have no fear, they... We came to Chincoteague Island for a relaxing holiday get-away and to see the Assateague refuge and famous ponies. And that is exactly what Captain Carlton delivered! Highly professional and accommodating, Capt Carlton got us out to see the sights despite the challenging weather and shared his extensive knowledge of the area and the wildlife for a very personal tour.... I have both my mother-in-law and brother-in-law in visiting; and my brother-in-law had this idea to take a boat ride around the islands to see the ponies and ponies we saw. Captain Carlson gave us a great tour and lesson of the ponies and island. Even through it was 44 degrees we have a great time. So glad that Daisey's... More
