Booked tour with Daisey based on availabilty when we arrived. We were not disappointed. Reservation process easy with friendly staff giving us do's and don'ts as well as directions to dock. I went with Daisey's for a Friday morning pontoon tour on the recommendation of a friend. Captain Bill was friendly and very knowledgeable, offering a lot of history about the island and the formation of the refuge. He even has a book of historical pictures that he showed the tour group as he told stories. When I asked him about... More

My son and I had a really lovely tour with Captain Bill. It was a beautiful day, although a bit cold on the water, so we needed the blankets provided. We saw ponies, an osprey, and two bald eagles, and we learned lots of fun and interesting facts. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chincoteague.

My mom has always wanted to visit Chincoteague. This tour was her highlight. The two tour guides were kind and thoughtful, answering every question. It was really cold and they made sure she was snug and warm the entire ride. Highly recommend.

We took a six-person tour of Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge from 5:30pm-7:30pm. It is a beautiful time of day to be on the water. Captain Bill found all the pony herds and he knew a great deal about them, as well as the history of the island. He was personable and a skilled boater. Be prepared for chilly weather on the... This was an enjoyable tour even for early April. It was windy but being dressed warm we didn't mind it. They also provided blankets for anyone who was cold. Enjoyed see the birds up close and seeing the ponies.

Went to Chincoteague Island for Spring Break and wanted to see the Horses up close and personal. Captain Bill did a great job finding all the great wildlife the Island had to offer. We took a two hour tour around the Island. Captain Bill really understood the culture, history, and wildlife of the area.
