This small family owned and run vineyard tucked away in Barboursville, Virginia produces a very good and unique wine that you really need to taste. My favorite was NMA IV 2012 and my wife really enjoyed the 2014 PETIT MANSENG MONTICELLO. We split a six pack and joyed these wines with our guest.

While traveling in the Charlottesville area, we decided to try some new wineries, and came across Reynard Florence. What a great find! It is a small, family owned winery, that pays extra attention to their wines. As an avid Chardonnay drinker, (from California) I was really impressed with their Chardonnay. It was well balanced - not too oaky, yet not... More

Reynard Florence is a wonderful vineyard in Barboursville. The owners are so nice and friendly and even speak French! Sometimes they have themed French events to include authentic French crepes. Enjoy your wine and listen to music on the patio. This vineyard has wine for a a wide variety of palettes - from sweet to dry. Beautiful setting!

My husband and I went to the area specifically to visit the wineries. We saw 8 of the 30 or so wineries in the area and this was our favorite. It is a small, boutique winery which greatly appeals to us over the more commercial wineries that tend to have an abundance of bridal parties on the weekends. One of... More

Very hospitable. Small operation with nice wine and some local art in the tasting room. I stopped in after 4 on Friday while visiting the area for work. I got to try some nice small batch wines while enjoying an impromptu jam session. The incredibly kind/welcoming owners were pouring and jamming while telling me about the area and its wine.... More

This was a first for me, there is always at least one wine that I don't care for. They offer 8 tastings but they were letting us sample one extra that day and they were delicious! One of the owners was serving us and was so friendly and welcoming. Out of 4 vineyards that day we only bought a bottle... More

I visited this winery a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the experience. The winery itself is a little smaller, but very nice and well decorated with artwork inside. My friend and I did a wine tasting and liked all the wines on the list! They were all good and we enjoyed a few glasses of wine outside on their... More

Small winery, everyone in the tasting room seemd to be family. Pleasant little tasting room, everyone cheerful. Good wines!

We did a self-guided wine tour rather at random and found this small vineyard. What a stroke of good luck! The lady there (Sue) was very very nice and knowledgeable about their wines ( we tasted all of them for only $5!). We also danced to salsa music and the Corgi dog joined in. After all the wine naturally! And... More

Reynard Florence Vineyard was one of six vineyards we visited on our three day tour of the area. It remains the most memorable to me due to the truly hospitable and professional service we received. MS Dee opened the doors for us even though they were closed, saw that we were comfortable and the presented a multiple of wines that... More
