A secluded getaway down a long road, easy parking & moderate hike to the Ledges; which is know far & wide by many Northampton people for it's exposure & sun rays. Only rivaled by the secret Cumming-ton, Ma. swimming hole on the West field river

Great place to kayak, not too many boats. Easy put in/take out from parking area. Will definitely go back again.

This is such a beautiful and peaceful place to go...very rustic...we had picnics and campfires and fished several times while in Wilmington. It's a beautiful place.

we spent a very fun morning on the reservoir in a rented boat. we added a floatation 'ring' (wasn't quite a ring) much to the amusement of our two kids. Note that we did this in July and the water was actually pretty warm.

Great lake in the heart of Wilmington also called Lake Whitingham. Several boat launch sites..one at Wards Cove ,sailboats ,canoes, and two other spots for motor boats.
