For all the euphoric flavors you can't get enough of – especially the ones you can't get in ordinary stores – nobody scoops Ben & Jerry's better than we do at our scoop shops.

The entire venue is well laid out as a family destination especially for the very young, from the flavor gravestones to the overpriced VERY brief tour lasting 15 minutes of minimal information and even less demonstrations (mostly brief video clips). When we estimated the daily...More

What a fun way to spend a few hours. Tours seem to leave every 20 minutes or so but unless you are a group of 10 or more, you can't reserve in advance so do buy your tickets when you first arrive. We had a...More

We brought our little ones a few years back and enjoyed the whole experience. Ben and Jerry's is wonderful but I think it's a miss if you aren't pumped to hit the playground.

This place was great! We took a great tour watched a cute short film. Got to sample some ice cream that I now like that I probably would of never chosen by myself. Took some great pics. Definitely worth stopping. Another check off the bucket...More

The number one tourist destination in Vermont, so, it is very very busy. There is a 30 minute tour available for a cost, which is pretty interesting and you get a free sample of ice cream. Tours leave every 10 minutes or so, making the...More

If you are looking for a neat tour, then this is not it. Get to see the room where they make and package the ice cream. Long lines to buy ice cream. Merchandise shop was good. No reason to make this a destination, but stop...More

We went here and took the factory tour. Yes people are right it is pretty brief but the factory is not huge and there is old so much to see. Well for $4 for adults (over 12) there is no reason not too. They start...More

Nice tour of factory with free samples at the end. Tour is brief and keeps moving which keeps children from becoming bored. Can be crowded at times. Have one person purchase tickets while another person parks the car. If you are not planning on visiting...More

Stopped in, wasn't on our planned trip, very crowded...VERY! Took the 2:40 tour. Short movie, about 7 minutes, short walk through tour, sample of their choice at the end. Less than 30 minutes. Gift shop seemed popular. Then you can buy ice cream outside. The...More

Ben and Jerry's factory opens at nine; get there as close to opening as possible to avoid very long lines. By the afternoon, the wait for a tour is two hours. We got there at 9:30am on a Wednesday, and it was almost empty. The...More

Not sure of the total. Obviously the summer has the highest volume while non-school vacation days, M-F, are the lowest. We've visited many times and have never been bothered by nor found it overly crowded.

The best thing to do is call ahead. There are some days that you see the factory in full operation and others when you just stare out to a factory that's at a standstill.
