For all the euphoric flavors you can't get enough of – especially the ones you can't get in ordinary stores – nobody scoops Ben & Jerry's better than we do at our scoop shops.

Visited the factory in near Burlington Vermont where we watched a video about the evolution of ben & jerry’s and tasted their latest flavors. The visit plus the tasting were really great. Loved the experience.

Tour is short. Waited longer for it to start than the length of the tour. A lot of stairs so bve ready.

It's all about the ice cream. Flavor graveyard was interesting. Traffic getting in and out is horrendous. We skipped the tour because I had already toured another vendor's ice cream plant in the past.

Wished I would have gotten pre tickets for the tour. Waited in 200 foot long line (line on left) to get in to the building to determine that next tour opening was over an hour wait. If you get in the long line on the...More

Big lines, horrible parking - too many people to even try to take the tour. Ice cream delicious but I can eat it at home. Was sorry I didn't save my appetite for Prohibition Pig BBQ down the road. The 2nd most disappointing stop on...More

For only four dollars – for adults not seniors, you can get a short tour and see the ice cream being packaged, a movie of how Ben & Jerry’s got started and a sample of ice cream. It’s an interesting tour and worth spending around...More

Wow. They were full when we were there. I think the cop helping direct traffic out front was even frustrated. Set aside plenty of time if you go in the fall and bring your sweet tooth.

Not sure of the total. Obviously the summer has the highest volume while non-school vacation days, M-F, are the lowest. We've visited many times and have never been bothered by nor found it overly crowded.
