Easy Okey hike. Nothing is really spectacular. Just good for an evening walk. You can explore the near by area too. There are maps available

Great hiking in the beautiful Sterling Forest. I recommend getting an area recreation map at the Stowe Visitor Center for the back roads to get to this somewhat out of the way location. There are extensive choices of trails, we walked down to view the...More

Lovely little hike down and following the falls. It is a little hard to find, dirt road, few signs but a nice 1 hour side trip. You can hike other areas there as well. Very lovely with the fall colours.

This very easy walk on the interpretive trail is perfect for families with small kids. The walk isn't completely novice, so there is enough climbing and rocks to keep everyone interested. The signs tell the geology of the landscape and are really well done. The...More

Wonderful walk, not too strenuous, well guided. We took our Newfound dog which was scary, I was afraid he would jump off a cliff, but the view was extraordinarily beautiful and well worth the hike!

The ice walls that are built are very beautiful. They shoot down beneath the many few points of the gorge. Overall a very fun breathtaking experience. Be weary of parking though. There is a designated parking area but it gets full FAST. The people who...More

This place is trashed. Not worth it. Poorly groomed, muddy trails. The roads to the area are terrible and require AWD and studded tires.

What a hidden gem this place is! easy to get to, although mud season may be difficult. Not huge, but many falls and cascades to see, lot's of nearby hiking as well. Went after a week of rain and the water was running really well....More

Dogs are everywhere in the area. I saw no signs indicating dogs are not welcome. It's a beautiful spot - enjoy it with your dog.
