On the bottom floor of the restaurant and shop is the glassblowing demonstration. Well worth the stop and free! The glassblowers are all so focused and talented and you get to be real close and watch every step. They will answer any question, too. It is so interesting to see the product go through each phase from meted glass to... More

I had made notes before leaving home, not to miss Simon Pearce. It did not disappoint! The glass designs are incredible! We went through the shop first, then downstairs to watch the artisans create the glassware. They were making stemmed goblets the day we were there. It gets so hot in that lower level studio, but we couldn't pull ourselves... More

We have been to the Simon Pearce Mill twice. First time last autumn and a return visit this year. The shop is tempting (but VERY expensive). So many beautiful hand blown glass pieces (stem ware, bar ware, holiday and seasonal decor, lighting, etc), and I want all of it! (I have been fortunate enough to have purchased a set of... More

Very interesting to watch this craft. They are right in front of you-you can feel the heat from the ovens.

The mill is beautiful and the waterfall and covered bridge make it a typical Vermont experience. The Simon Pierce glass is beautiful and we enjoyed the store. The view from our table overlooked the covered bridge and the waitress was helpful and efficient. The food was exceptional.

Worth the time to stop and see... Heard a lot of interesting info from the "craftsman" glass blower. Beautiful view outside. Glassware very expensive, but I found a maple leaf votive holder for a Christmas present that was reasonable.

This place was recommended to us when we visited the Hill Farmstead Brewery in Greensboro, VT. We said we would be visiting family in Canaan, New Hampshire and since they knew we liked craft beer, they suggested this place. It is a beautiful building that houses a really cool bar, swanky restaurant overlooking the river and waterfall, a retail store... More

We visited the glass blowing factory and restaurant as part of our holiday tour. It was an excellent experience the lunch was 5 star quality and the service excellent. We got a tour to watch the glass blown and there is balcony looking out to the waterfall. It was part of a Trafalgar tours holiday.

Food, atmosphere and service were exceptional. Scenic views. I highly recommend dinner and watching the glass blowing. Many pieces and glasses are for sale.
