We visited and were able to taste test various syrup levels, and enjoy a maple creamee (ice cream). The videos were interesting and explained the process of making maple syrup from tree to bottle. We were also able to see the equipment used to tap the trees and collect the sap, as well as make the final product.

We stopped by the farm and watched them make maple syrup. One of the gentleman even brought some small cups to show us the steps as the raw sap changes to syrup. We visited the gift shop and tried some syrup. It was excellent. We bought some syrup and some cremee (a faint maple flavored ice cream) it was delicious.... More

Every time we have company come to visit Vermont we take them to Morse Farm. Entertaining information on the history and current techniques for making maple syrup. During sugaring season you can watch the syrup being made right there in the sugar house. They have a great gift shop filled with local items and everything maple (lots of free samples),... More

A short film tells about the sugaring process that happens early spring. They have modernized this process but the film is still interesting as it features old Mr. Morse telling the story. He is a witty guy with colorful language. The sugar house is arranged so you can see the various equipment. The time to see the actual syrup making... More

Be sure to try their maple creamee, and stroll outside to see a replica of the Vermont State House. There are plenty of gift items and good food.

The store is very cute. Staff is very nice and helpful. The maple creemies are amazing! Highly recommend! You can try four different types of syrup for free. They have a tree trail of all different trees labeled which was neat. There is also an area to learn more about syrup and the process of making it. Very Vermont. Check... More

Maple creemies are soft serve ice cream, in a dish or cone, and Morse Farm serves them up - maple or chocolate or a twist. The maple is to die for and you can add sprinkles or maple sugar dust if you want to go all out. They are also an excellent place to buy all things Vermont - maple... More

This is the best maple cream ice cream! Very plentiful gift shop, something for everyone. Wonderful farm stand in season. Beautiful view to eat your ice cream in a nice Adarondeck lawn chair.
