I walk here many times a year in all seasons. When small kids are visiting they happily come along. Many dogs are off leash and they love it, especially the streams and the pond. Some trails are very easy and others are more steep. I’ve...More

The many well marked trails allow a variety of options for all levels of hiking skill/ambition. We enjoying creating our own routes by combing portions of several 'named' trails. The excellent maps allowed us to feel safe and comfortable while challenging ourselves. Lovely setting and...More

It's as easy as that! About 3 miles & not difficult at all. Could be a little bit more clearly marked, but keep your eyes on the trees.

We drove to the top, pretty easy just a few tight hairpin turns. The views are magnificent. It is just so peaceful and quiet there. There were a few people there, but everyone was talking in whispers. I thought that was very interesting.

Plenty of bike trails all around here. Try Rte. 30 heading North towards Dorset and bear left on Dorset West Road. A nice pretty level Nike ride of about 6 miles to Dorset Village!

No it is not permitted to swim or canoe on Equinox Pond but you can ask the Concierge at the Equinox Hotel where you could do this nearby!
