This was just perfect for my 6 yo son. We started off "mining" for gems and fossils...this was a cool activist that was RIGHT up my son's alley. After that my husband and son took a ride down the timber roller coaster, and then my son and I took our own run. It's about four minutes up to the top... More

We skied over to Jackson Gore from the main Okemo Mtn. side of the resort and had a blast riding the mountain coaster, tubing and having dinner at Sienna. The entire Jackson Gore side of the mountain seemed relatively new and nice. We really like it and will definitely return.

The Jackson Gore section of Okemo is my favorite. Excellent advanced trails with great views. During our late-season stay after a disappointing winter, this section of Okemo had the most and best snow. The new bubble quad is fantastic and fast! Tuckered Out is a favorite trail for the whole family. It is twisty and long and so fun. Since... More

Away from the buses and maddening crowds, Jackson Gore provides an easy way to load and unload all the kids, grown ups, and equipment. Ski school and tickets and rental office are all conveniently located. Food options are par for the course. Lockers could be a bit more convenient and spread out to reduce crowding. During the summer time the... More

Our family rode the mountain coaster. Great ride for young and old. Little ones (5 and 6 yrs) took ski lessons and had a great time using the skills on the small hill with the magic carpet. The instructors were great with the kids, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job!

Great addition to Okemo, best place for fun, advanced runs. Trail recommendations- Tuckered Out (beautiful blue with nice turns) and Quantum Leap (fast black complete with pitches to be reckoned with).

We started going to Okemo base over 25 years ago. Since our home is in the lakes area of 100, we were thrilled when JG opened. The resort area is beautiful and inviting. We frequently use the Spring House or the Ice House when not skiing/boarding.

Jackson Gore is a great place to get away with friends that want a leisurely time skiing and apre skiing. The spa is nearby if you want a massage and/or sauna. The Wine Room at the restaurant is very enjoyable. We had been coming to Okemo for many years with our kids because it is a nice family-friendly mountain with... More

We took a quick ride up to Vermont from CT to ride the Timber Ripper at Jackson Gore - the coaster is much less expensive here than at Killington, and definitely fun for all ages. We aren't skiers, so we can't comment on that aspect of the resort. The coaster was fast and fun, definitely get a 3-ride pack, it's... More

Stayed in the summer of 2015. Have also stayed during ski season. Its clearly one of the nicest hotels in VT. But we really enjoyed it in the summer. Its like a big, beautiful B&B in the summertime. With a really nice restaurant on-site and a nice lounge area. The rooms lacked the personality of a true B&B but were... More
