A truly lovely setting, a large clean quiet and comfortable resort with extra friendly staff. Had room 442 at the front overlooking the mountains. We had a good dinner and breakfast. There are 4 washers and driers on each floor for guest use. It is a beautiful 5 star resort but it is a little isolated if you don't have... More

My husband and I stayed at Jackson Gore while attending a wedding near by. We were part of a wedding package rate (still a bit expensive). Our room was part of a suite, and our next door neighbors had three young children. Luckily, there was not a lot of noise. We were impressed with the size of the room. It... More

This is our second visit for Columbus Day weekend at Okemo. The festival was a lot of fun again this year as was the food and drinks. We don't know what happened, but check-in is 5 p.m. we were still waiting for a room at 8:30 p.m. The staff was nice and gave us our room for that night on... More

We took the chair lift up and down the mountain to view the fall foliage and loved it! Nice ride, great views and crisp Fall day made for a great experience.

We were riding along and spotted the sign for Okemo Mt. We drove up Mountain Road, and got to a small parking area, where you had to walk to get to the summit. It was a.3 mile, kind of rocky and definitely up hill! We went to the top, skipped the trail to the fire tower, we were told that... More

Some believe Killington is better for skiers. I disagree. At killington I got seriously injured by a snowboarder blindsiding me. At killington, one gets novices "skiing" on expert terrain. I don't get this at Okemo. Okemo is relaxed and filled with families and calm skiers. I have never had an issue there. Indeed, I feel at home at Okemo. What... More

Okemo is one of the major East Coast Ski Resorts. It is everything you would expect from a ski area of this caliber. Most of my complaints are really fairly nitpicking. No Lifts from bottom to top, limited restroom facilities, and the bar is small for an area this large. But, the staff is terrific, as is the snow making... More
