I would absolutely recommend doing a midweek stay at the Killington Grand Hotel with skiing. We always come the week prior to President's Day and it's always perfect timing for fresh snowfall. The Killington Grand Hotel's service was top notch as usual with only a few minor complaints- some condos definitely need a little more attention to minor fixes like molding... Good place to go for a ski trip on the east coast. We drove 6h from NYC on the MLK long weekend. Good mix of runs from a spacious and easy learn to ski area to challenging double blacks. You can spend a couple of days trying all the runs at a comfortable pace. Adult lift ticket price is $105... More

The mountain was well kept up, well groomed, constant snow making. I went on the weekend after they got a foot of snow so there was some good powder. The top of the mountain was a bit crowded but since the resort is big it was easy to find runs away from the crowd. The food was definitely pricey but... More

The Killington Resort has really upped its game in the past few years. Plenty of manmade snow to supplement mother nature. Extensive network of groomed trails. Outstanding learn-to-ski packages have quickly provided basic skills to all of our twenty-something first time skiers so that they can enjoy their time on the slopes. Easy access through renovated base lodges - Rams... More

I just came back from skiing here for 2 days with some boarder friends. Had an amazing time. The food was good at the lodges, loved the chili bowls as a midday snack. The trails were extremely well signed and marked, and guides were at each peak answering questions. The snow conditions were very good (thanks in large part to... More

You cannot ski every run within two days. Stay off the main lifts and there is no waiting in line. So many options from easy to difficult terrain. Buy tickets ahead of time and there is even a Costco option.

The best ski resort in the east is now a world class resort with the hosting of the world cup.Killington has so many different types of terrain and many different base lodges that you might think you have left the resort. And to add to that ,killington has two gondollas to keep you warm on those really cold days. Many parks for... We have been coming here each year for 2 decades. Although we stray to other locations occasionally, we always come back. We now rent ski in and ski out which is awesome. Something for everyone. Great learn to ski program.

I've been to the majority of mountains on the East Coast and Killington has by far the most variety. In addition to the mountain, the surrounding town has a lot to offer and is fun for families and people who just like to party.
